I told him to leave it but if we left it they would have taken our 50% deposit. My husband thought it would be easy just to move them himself so he took the trailer. She stated the d rings were placed in the standard place and could not be moved.

The manager and I say that lightly Candace Spivey refused to have the d rings moved, she refused to let us leave that trailer and order a new one. When we got there to pick up the trailer the d rings were placed incorrectly. Went yesterday to pick up a trailer we ordered 3 weeks ago. By far the worst experience in my life with these people and this shoty company. If I could give these people zero stars and write a review I would.
